Orders normally ship within 1–2 business days after processing, provided all items are available. Once your order ships, a shipment notification and tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping Rates & Freight Charges
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total dollar value of your shopping cart. Because we work with multiple parcel carriers and freight providers, our shipping estimates are generally based on approximately 10–15% of order value to help cover transportation costs across Canada.
In many cases, actual freight charges exceed the shipping amount collected at checkout. ShippingSupply.ca absorbs the difference whenever possible, helping customers access competitive product pricing and affordable delivery services.
Free shipping applies across Canada to eligible orders. Exclusions include medium-to-heavy freight, oversized merchandise, products requiring LTL motor freight, and shipments beyond standard parcel carrier limits (generally 50 lbs or more per item).
Outside Ontario: Applicable shipping charges are calculated based on the total product value in your cart, subject to shipping eligibility and freight requirements.

Extended Delivery Areas

Shipment Lead Times
Available products are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days following order processing. Delivery transit times vary depending on carrier, destination, shipment size, and service availability. Processing time does not include transit time.
Unclaimed & Returned Shipments
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment tracking and making appropriate arrangements to receive their deliveries. If a package is unclaimed and returned to ShippingSupply.ca, the customer will be responsible for the applicable return shipping charges.
Delivery Addresses & Changes
Delivery address changes may be requested before an order ships. No additional fee will apply provided the new destination does not increase the original shipping cost. Billing information must be re-verified when a delivery address is changed.
Please carefully verify your complete delivery address before placing an order. Once goods have shipped, orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer are not eligible for a refund under our shipping policy.
